Aloha Cook and Explore the World Summer Program

Our 8 week online program, Aloha Online, will be launching “Cook My Way Around the World” this summer, starting July 7, 2025. In this program, students will explore various cultures from around the globe, culminating each week with a dinner-time cooking lesson featuring dishes from each country.

We will begin our journey in South and Central America, learning about the cuisines of Brazil, Jamaica, and Mexico. Next, we will travel to Europe, with stops in France, Spain, Italy, Greece, and Sweden. Our adventures will continue with culinary explorations of Lebanon, Morocco, Israel, Ethiopia, and Kenya.

After that, we will head to Asia, where we will discover the flavors of Japan, South Korea, Singapore, China, India, and Thailand. Finally, we will return to North America, diving into the foods and customs specific to various states, including Louisiana, Texas, Maine, New York, California, Chicago, and Georgia.

Join us as we spread our wings to learn about the world! Through food and knowledge, we will investigate, celebrate, and explore together!
