Aloha Micro Academy Refund Policy
Aloha Micro Academy values transparency and fairness in all financial transactions. The following refund policy applies to all enrolled students, as outlined in the Aloha Micro Academy Student Handbook.

Eligibility for Refunds
Tuition refunds are based on the date of school enrollment, not the date of payment. Because families may choose payment plans, the enrollment date determines refund eligibility and prorated calculations.
Refunds are available within 30 days of enrollment, provided all materials, technology, and property belonging to Aloha Micro Academy have been returned in satisfactory condition.

Required Returns
All school materials, laptops, textbooks, workbooks, and any other Aloha-issued property must be returned before a refund is issued.
3.
License and Course Fee Deductions
Aloha Micro Academy pays licensing fees for each course a student is enrolled in. Refunds will be reduced by $250 per course to cover these nonrefundable license costs. This amount will be deducted from the total refundable tuition.
4.
Refund Processing Timeline
Refunds are processed within 4–6 weeks after all materials, supplies, and equipment have been received and inspected by Aloha Micro Academy.
Any deductions for damages, missing items, or prepaid shipping will be applied prior to final refund processing.

For students whose tuition is funded by a state scholarship or education program (e.g., UFA, ESA, or similar):
